Policies at Sweethearted Treats llc

Sweethearted Treats, LLC Payment Terms and Conditions: A nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due two weeks prior to the pickup or delivery date. If an order is placed within two weeks of a delivery or pick up date, the order total is due in full at the time of booking and is nonrefundable.

 

Cancellation and Change Policy:  In the event that the client must cancel the order after the deposit has been paid, a refund of the deposit will not be provided.  If cancellation is given at least 14 days prior to the pickup or delivery date client may inquire about a onetime date change request at that time.  If accommodations are made, the client must submit payment in full.  All amounts paid hereunder shall be nonrefundable once paid.  

 

Delivery and Pick up:  Sweethearted Treats, LLC will provide delivery of the order at the price agreed upon if applicable.  This price will be noted in your final quote.  Client may also choose to pick up the order. Risk of loss passes to the Client once the order has been picked up and/or is no longer in Sweethearted Treats possession.  Please be advised if picking up a cake, the cake should go on the floor of your car nestled safely.  Client should keep cake out of direct sunlight and chilled to ensure the integrity of the cake is persevered.
